Ts. Tan is a Professional Engineer. He graduated with Honours in Degree of Civil Engineering from University of Malaya. Ts. Tan has a vast working experience as a concrete laboratory manager, quarry manager, project engineer in Singapore road pavement, product development manager and technical support manager in both the cement and concrete division in various multinational companies. 

Prior to starting his career as a consultant, he was the General Manager of Product and Technical in Lafarge Malaysia Berhad, responsible for cement, and aggregate technical enquiries, laboratory testing, as well as new product development. Through the accumulated years of experience Ts. Tan is a subject expert in the day to day technical matters for concrete mainly in ready-mixed concrete and precast concrete segments. 

He has provided technical advice through briefing, presentation, laboratory testing on proper usage of concrete raw materials to various customers in Malaysia.
